Bicycle Level of Traffic Stress. Bicycle Level of Traffic Stress (LTS) is a way to evaluate the stress a bike rider may experience on the road network. The methodology classifies road segments and intersections by one of four levels of traffic stress. LTS 1 is the least stressful facility where people of all ages and abilities would be comfortable riding while LTS 4 is the most stressful facility.

High Injury Network. The high injury network identifies street segments with a high concentration of severe injury and fatal collisions involving pedestrians and bicyclists. The high injury network evaluation analyzes the six most recent complete years (2014-2019) of reported collision data from the City’s CrossRoads collision database.
