Traversing various intersections in this area (Village and Amador Valley/Dublin Blvd, Dublin Blvd and Amador Plaza, etc) can be quite hazardous/uncomfortable for pedestrians. In particular, drivers frequently speed and fail to stop/yield through right-turn-only/slip lanes in these intersections. Pedestrian islands do provide some relief, but I have still seen several near-misses for pedestrians when crossing from the sidewalk to reach these islands. Perhaps traffic calming measures like sharpening right-turns/removal of slip lanes would help make these intersections more welcoming for pedestrians and encourage easier access to various businesses surrounding these intersections.
