All along Dublin Blvd the pedestrian walkways are narrow. This makes it extremely unsafe for pedestrian safety as vehicles large and small zoom by. Some areas along Dublin Blvd a walk path is almost non-existant, especially where there are bus stops or where the trees are in the direct walk path. It is extremely ridiculously unsafe. this has occurred in new development area where new high density housing has popped up; such as Dublin Blvd between Golden Gate and Village Parkway. Some parts of Village Parkway is difficult and not enough to walk. It makes no sense how the trees are planted in the middle of the sidewalk. It does not allow a person in a wheel chair or a parent with a stroller to safety navigate the sidewalk. The sidewalks need to be wider and not have trees planted in the middle of it. Another problem are Property owners, both private and commercial, are not maintaining their landscaping resulting in large bushes and trees growing into the already narrow sidewalks.
